Professional Photography for surgeons

We appreciate that as a surgeon you need to appear professional at all times. This is why we offer a dedicated photography service to all surgeons and medical professionals to ensure their image always looks as good as possible. We usually offer this service alongside our website design since the two go hand-in-hand, however if you would like a standalone photoshoot to get some professional images then we are happy to offer this as well.

Having professional images of yourself is a great asset for many reasons because we often forget how many times we actually need to have a photograph of ourselves, especially as a surgeon. Photography Services for Surgeons

There are a few different options we can offer within our photography service for surgeons.

Portraits

The most common option for photography is simply to have a professional looking profile image of you sat against a plain background. These are great for website ‘about’ pages, social media profiles and if you ever need an ‘about the author’ picture for articles/books you have written.

In Situ

Another popular option for surgeons is to have a photoshoot which showcases you in your work environment, usually in theatre with scrubs on. These are very useful on websites and social media pages to show patients a professional image of you in a working environment.

For Websites

When building a surgeon’s website, we usually incorporate photography into the cost to ensure we can take a range of both portrait and in-situ images. These are then used in all areas of the website and are then yours to keep for future use and we can also do this for older websites.

Have Professional Photographs

Our photography service usually doesn’t take more than a couple of hours at the most. Our team are very efficient and we’ll come to you so you don’t need to travel. This usually involves you requesting the theatre room for an hour on a free day, usually the weekend, so we’re able to capture your in-situ images with you ‘scrubbed-up’ and looking like you’re performing your procedure. For the portrait style images we simply need a plain wall and can usually do this in the theatre itself, but many surgeons like to have images with them sat at their desks so that is also an option, it all comes down to the style you want.

We are even able to offer bespoke product photography, so if you are looking to release your own new surgical product or working alongside a supplier, we can capture professional images. This service works slightly differently but we are able to offer a similar style whether that’s on a clean, white background for product listings, or ‘lifestyle’ images with nice blurred backgrounds for use in brochures etc.
